Pawn Loans in Florida
Reviewed by ViPawn Licensed Pawnbroker Team · Last updated 2026-08-04
A pawn loan uses your personal property as collateral for a cash loan. ViPawn is a licensed Florida pawnbroker with stores in Boca Raton and Coral Springs. Loan amounts depend on the item, condition, and resale value — terms are disclosed in writing before you sign.
Eligible collateral
Luxury watches, jewelry, diamonds, precious metals, and other valuables we can securely store and resell if unredeemed. Items must be yours to pledge, and government-issued ID is required.
Loan lifecycle
At signing you receive the loan amount, maturity date, and total cost of redemption (principal plus charges disclosed on the pawn ticket). You may redeem the item by paying the redemption amount on or before maturity.
If not redeemed, Florida law governs forfeiture and how long pledged goods must be held before title transfers to the pawnbroker. See our Florida pawn process guide for the 30-day framework.
