What ID do I need to sell or pawn?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for pawn and purchase transactions under Florida law. You must be at least 18 years old.
How does the online AI estimate work?
Upload clear photos and basic details. The system suggests a value range using market comparables. It is not a binding offer — final pricing requires in-store inspection by staff.
Why is an item not listed online after I sold it to ViPawn?
Florida law requires a 30-calendar-day hold on goods purchased from the public before resale. Items in this hold period are not shown on the public shop.
Can I reserve an item online?
Yes — eligible listed items can be reserved through vipawn.org with a reservation fee that may apply as credit toward purchase. Reserved items show limited availability on the product page.
What happens if I do not redeem a pawn loan?
If you do not pay the redemption amount by maturity, Florida law sets a forfeiture process. Pledged goods must be held at least 30 days after maturity before title may transfer to the pawnbroker. Details are on your pawn ticket.
Does ViPawn ship purchases?
Many items can be purchased online; fulfillment options depend on item value and verification requirements. Checkout and order confirmation will state whether pickup or shipping applies.
Are prices on the website final?
Listed prices are in USD for in-stock items at the time of viewing. Reserved or sold items update automatically. Checkout total is confirmed before payment.
